No corporate shortcuts. No rotating doctors. Just one orthodontist who knows your case inside and out — and a practice built around doing things right.
Dr. Fallah sees every patient herself — no rotating associates, no multiple offices. You get the same doctor from start to finish, building real trust over time.
We look at the whole picture — not just crooked teeth. Treatment is planned around what you actually need, not what's quickest or easiest for the practice.
Weekly scans from home mean Dr. Fallah can monitor your progress remotely. You come in only when you need to — as few as every six months for some patients.
22 years of experience
Real relationships
Dr. Fallah has been practicing orthodontics for over two decades — 16 of those years right here in North Richland Hills. Many families come back generation after generation.
A credential stack most orthodontists in this market don't hold — and the same board-certified specialist at every appointment, start to finish.

Specialist in Orthodontics & Dentofacial Orthopedics
Dr. Basma Fallah is a board-certified orthodontist and second-generation specialist who has practiced for 22 years — 16 of them in her own North Richland Hills office. An ABO Diplomate since 2007, she holds the highest voluntary credential in orthodontics, and she has taught Invisalign technique to future dentists as adjunct faculty at the University of the Pacific. Her practice is aligner-first: she treats complex cases other providers say require traditional braces, using sectional braces only as a short, precise step when a specific tooth movement calls for it. Every patient receives a CBCT-based airway evaluation as part of a standard intake — connecting orthodontic treatment to airway, sleep, and developmental health that most practices never screen for.
Continuous remote monitoring means treatment fits your life instead of interrupting it — and it's how patients from as far as Houston and Dallas treat with this practice.
Most orthodontics is built around the monthly in-office adjustment. This practice isn’t. Dr. Fallah watches your teeth move week to week and calls you in only when there’s a reason to — so treatment works around your schedule, not the other way around.
The monitoring protocol
No mystery, no surprises — four calm stages from the first call to a written plan.
Stage 01
Call or request a consultation online. A real person answers and helps you get scheduled.
Stage 02
3D imaging, photos, and health questionnaires — all records are personally evaluated by Dr. Fallah to make the right diagnosis.
Stage 03
An unhurried consultation with the orthodontist herself — with your records already in hand, so the conversation starts from a real diagnosis.
Stage 04
Dr. Fallah reviews all findings, explains your options, and presents a personalized treatment plan — in writing, before you commit.
Model a monthly payment, confirm your coverage, and see your financing options — no obligation, and every number confirmed in writing before treatment begins.
Interest-free monthly payments made directly to the practice. Flexible terms tailored to your budget.
Third-party financing with longer terms for lower monthly payments. Subject to credit approval.
We accept most major dental and orthodontic insurance plans. Our team will help maximize your benefits.
Personalized pricing
Every treatment plan is custom to you.
Treatment costs depend on complexity, duration, and your unique needs. During your consultation, we'll review your options and provide a detailed, written estimate — no surprises, no pressure.

“I had such an amazing experience at NRH Ortho with Dr. Fallah and the entire team! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Michelle at the front desk—her bubbly and welcoming spirit instantly made me feel comfortable. Shelly was incredible in helping me come up with a treatment plan and getting everything started. She took the time to explain my options and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. When Dr. Fallah came in, she thoroughly went over my Invisalign treatment plan and personalized everything specifically for me, which I really appreciated. About four weeks later, my aligners came in and Shelbie took great care of me from start to finish. She was so informative, patient, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. This office is truly a 10/10! The entire team is professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about their patients. I'm so excited to continue my Invisalign journey and can't wait to see my results! Highly recommend NRH Ortho to anyone considering Invisalign!”

The things patients most often want to know — coverage, comfort, cost, and what a first visit is actually like.
It means clear aligners are Dr. Fallah's primary treatment tool, not an alternative she offers on request. Many patients arrive after being told their case is too complex for aligners and requires braces. Her clinical model was built specifically for those cases. When a specific tooth movement genuinely needs brackets — an impacted tooth, a severely tipped molar, a limited early-treatment phase — she uses sectional braces as a short, precise step, then transitions back to aligners. Braces are an instrument here, not the default.
